Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund from Globfolio.

1. Cancelling

Subscriptions don't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel: if you don't renew, your access simply ends on your plan's end date. You can stop WhatsApp alerts or marketing emails at any time from My account.

2. 7-day refund on your first payment

If you're not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. This applies once per person, and not to renewals.

3. After 7 days

Payments are non-refundable after 7 days, because you receive immediate access to alerts, analysis and course content. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

4. Add-ons and promotions

Add-ons such as WhatsApp stock alerts follow the same 7-day rule from the day you buy them. Discounted subscriptions are refunded at the amount you actually paid.

5. Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice, or paid by transfer and also by Paystack, we refund the extra payment in full.

6. When we don't refund

We don't refund accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service, for example for sharing paid content.

7. How to ask

Email support@globfolio.com or message us on WhatsApp with your email address and payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (Paystack) or the account the transfer came from, within 10 working days.
